چکیده

Gingival recession is defined as the apical displacement of marginal gingiva in relation to cemento-enamel junction. It a common clinical finding individuals with good well those poor oral hygiene. may affect single tooth or multiple teeth simultaneously. Furthermore, clinician has deal underlying anatomical factors such thin biotype, root prominence, proximity sub-optimal width keratinized tissue. These make selection surgical modality treatment much more complex contrast localized defects. In current report, we two cases defects, managed by pouch tunnel technique, using different inter-positional materials namely connective tissue graft platelet rich fibrin.
